I located a parasitized puparium under the epidermis at the end of a stem mine on a dead stem of Agastache sp. in January. The puparium was located immediately below the base of the seedhead. Also, in early August 2024, I found stem mines on A. foeniculum plants in a garden bed. O. mimuli has been previously reared from A. nepetoides in Illinois (Eiseman 2022, p. 1720).
